DMS offer in-house visual inspection with CSWIP certified staff. The ability to inspect our own welding with equipment such as 3m long flexible borescopes help lead to improved weld quality, meeting critical specifications. We also offer weld and raw material ferrite testing in-house or site visits, particularly important in the welding of Super Duplex components. All other NDT is subcontracted to a highly-regarded, independent UKAS approved test laboratory capable of handling high volume and a wide range of NDT methods including pioneering use of digital radiography
Many customers now expect high integrity reporting for all weld data. To aid this process DMS have developed a bespoke and comprehensive software system to control coded welding operations. Our system allows us to offer real time data capture & component traceability.
